Gravity celebrates 5 years

Wow, what a ride! I opened the doors of Gravity on Black Rock Day 2019, and it was a wonderful celebration of a long awaited arrival. After months of renovations, I finally had a place to call my own and create the vibe I had been longing for in the heart of my favorite neighborhood,

Before our first year was over, I was devastated to have to close the doors due to the pandemic. Thankfully within a few months, we had reopened and started offering Patio Fridays as a way to gather outdoors and enjoy each other’s company.

SInce then, Gravity has provided a platform for community-building events such as Second Saturdays and the Bees & Blossoms planter program, in which we installed 50 planters on Fairfield Avenue and have been helping local businesses keep our neighborhood lovely while supporting our pollinator friends.

Throughout the past five years, our team has undergone various transitions, and while we have bid farewell to some valued members, Patrick and I remain committed to providing exceptional service and care.

In Gratitude,

Kerstin
